In addition to our primary responsibility as the management consultancy of the Government, the MSO team is also a public sector innovation think tank helping to identify improvement opportunities across departmental boundaries, acting as a catalyst to drive cross-departmental initiatives and helping to prototype and incubate new services and practices.

Berne Horology is an antique and curio shop at Central specialising in antique watches and clocks. Having learnt his trade in Switzerland, Mr Ng Chee Ying succeeded his father for running the shop in the 80s. In the past 30 years, he travelled all over the world to hunt for exotic items and has collected more than 40,000 pieces of fascinating and innovative timepiece.
