A Controlling Officer’s Report is a component of the Government’s annual budget. Each report summaries the aim, key areas of work, targets, performance as well as expenditure estimates of the respective bureau /department. The Efficiency Office is grouped under “Head 135 - Government Secretariat: Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau”.
