We have undertaken several projects to bring citizen-centred innovation into public services. These include 1823, the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund and the One Stop Centre for Warehouse Construction Permits.

Providing round-the-clock one-stop service to answer enquiries for 23 participating departments and to receive complaints, suggestions and compliments about any area of government services.

SIE Fund was established to alleviate poverty and social exclusion as well as foster the well-being and cohesion of the society by promoting social innovation and nurturing social entrepreneurship.
