The Efficiency Office, together with Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and Cyberport, organised the Innovation and Technology Solution Expo 2022 on 11 November 2022. Forty-six companies were brought to showcase their latest innovations to more than 390 officials from 55 government bureaux and departments (B/Ds).

 

The Expo aims to help B/Ds build awareness and knowledge of the latest innovation and technology (I&T) solutions and deepen the I&T sectors' understanding of the business needs of the Government. The event was officiated by Prof Dong SUN, JP, the Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry. Throughout the event, there were sharing session on adopting innovation and technology solutions in the public sector, panel discussion on funding and support for digitalisation of government services, pitching sessions on I&T solutions, networking sessions as well as guided tours. The I&T solutions covered a wide variety of business areas, e.g. analysis & decision making, customer service, and case management and workflow.
