Personal Information Collection Statement
Please be advised that it is voluntary for you to supply to us your personal data. All personal data collected by us in the course of our handling of your case presented to the Efficiency Office will be used for the purposes which are directly related to the case. The personal data collected may be transferred to parties who will be contacted by us during the handling of the case, e.g. in a complaint case, the concerned personal data may be transferred to the party being complained against and/or other parties concerned. If applicable, the personal data provided may also be disclosed to agencies who are authorised to receive information relating to law enforcement, prosecution or review of decisions. Please also note that the aforementioned relevant parties may or may not be located within Hong Kong, and your information may be subject to cross-border transfer to places outside Hong Kong for necessary handling or processing.
Your provided company and personal information will be used by government bureaux and departments in connection with the procurement of consultancy services. We will also contact you via the primary contact information as provided.
To apply, please click "Continue" at the end of this page to fill in the online registration form. Fill in the required information under different tab pages of the form such as company profile, contact information, service offerings, project experience, etc.
Save as draft
You can save partially filled registration form before final submission. At the "Company Publications" tab page, click "Save as draft" to save what you have entered without submitting the form. To retrieve the saved registration form, you should return to this page, click "Continue" at the end of this page, and then click the "Retrieve Saved Registration Form" button at the top right corner of the registration form. Input your registered e-mail address and password to retrieve the saved form.
Submit the registration form
Click "Submit the Form" at the bottom of the "Company Publications" tab page after completing the form and we will process your application. Further editing is not allowed after submission.
Within a month upon receiving your application, we will invite you for an interview to understand more about your business and experience.
