All complaints will be investigated thoroughly, impartially and promptly. If we cannot make a substantive response within 10 calendar days, an interim reply will be given. In case a substantive reply cannot be made within 30 calendar days we will update you on the progress of the investigation.
If you think that your complaint has not been dealt with properly and you wish to appeal against the outcome, please write to the Principal Executive Officer (Efficiency Office) through the channels given below. Please provide the reference and date of the substantive reply to your case to help us follow up quickly.

Please note that decisions made by the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force on fund applications will be final and there is no appeal.
